❓Has your diesel had more frequent and lengthy regeneration cycles?
✅ This could be due to a soot overloaded diesel particulate filter.
💡Soot and larger particles are captured in the diesel particulate filter (DPF), allowing only filtered exhaust gases to pass through. When the soot level reaches a certain point, the engine's computer triggers regeneration (self-cleaning). During regeneration, exhaust temperatures must become hot enough to burn built-up soot off the exhaust.
In some driving conditions like 📌Excessive Idle or 📌Frequent Low-Speed Driving, the DPF won't trigger the regeneration. Without the self-cleaning function, the DPF will QUICKLY BECOME TOO CLOGGED with particles to function efficiently.
The 💡BG DPF & Emissions System Restoration Service💡 cleans up the exhaust system by using equipment to trigger and control the regeneration process. This service to diminish the tendency for the DPF to overload with excess soot, enabling it to self-clean more effectively in the future.

Update on the chicken transport trailer. We had to remove the stop structure from the customers old trailer and move to it over to the new. Shifting the door frame of this trailer over 1" to allow the doors to align and close properly. Thats a wrap for the week! We're outta here! Hope everyone has an awesome weekend! Don't do anything we wouldn't do ;) haha! Burford Diesel is never short on jokes when Mr.Fryback is in the building! Throwing a couple welds on his trailer to get him back on the road. Probably broke due to all his horrible jokes haha!
